Paragon
Paragon, having become a prominent figure in the city, split from the Renegades after they decided that the direction he was taking them in was not where they wanted to go. Since then the Robot has taken over the trade district, and created an army in which to push his vision of utopia on the world. He forces are usually seen fighting the SCPD as they try and find a way out of the city to spread Paragon's vision.
